What a Sports Performance Class can do for you this summer. Summer is right around the corner and it is the perfect time to prepare for your upcoming
sports seasons. You will probably work out with the team like everyone else, but what are your plans for standing
out among the rest? How are you going to beat out the competition during try-outs and more importantly during your season?
Yes, you must work
on your skills, endurance, and strength to become a well rounded athlete, but many leave out one of the most important keys
to being the best athletes they can be: Sports Performance. This includes your core strength, balance, body control, footwork,
speed, vertical, and flexibility. These are crucial to how you will perform on the field, court, pool, track, or wherever
you may compete.
Our summer Sports Performance classes will improve those skills and more. This class will get you in shape by challenging
you physically and mentally, teaching your body to keep going when it becomes fatigued. You will also increase your confidence
and stamina.
The strength and skills you will gain from all the plyometric drills, ladder exercises, and box
jumps will put you ahead of your teammates and opponents. They open many doors for athletic success to you. So if you want

Sports Performance
Camps
$75 (6 weeks) Participants
will learn proper techniques to achieve physical results from each drill. Participants will use stability and medicine balls
along with other various torso exercises to build core strength. The use of ladder and footwork drills will improve the participants’
speed and agility. Plyometrics and stretching will be used throughout to increase flexibility and body control. Each class
will have a variety of exercises to challenge all participants with respect to their level. Cost $75
Boys/Girls 8 yrs old and up

Monday thru Thursday 9am-10am and/or 3pm-4pm
